• Reverse engineer software
• Remove proprietary notices

This license terminates automatically upon violation.

12. Dispute Resolution

Mandatory Binding Arbitration

• Disputes resolved individually
• Binding arbitration before JAMS
• Federal Arbitration Act governs
• Location: Online or Florida

If award exceeds settlement offer, Stack Teacher pays greater of award or $2,500.

Class Action Waiver

No class actions permitted.

Jury Trial Waiver

Both parties waive jury trial.

Small Claims

Either party may use small claims court.

Emergency Relief

Parties may seek equitable relief in court.
