Last updated: January 1, 2025
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. BY CONTINUING TO USE THIS WEBSITE AND STACK TEACHER SERVICES (THE "SERVICES") YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE CONFIRMED THAT YOU:
A student who made payment for the Training Program and provides written notice of cancellation within seven (7) days from the batch start date after signing the Enrollment Agreement is entitled to a full refund.
Stack Teacher shall process the refund no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the notice of cancellation. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
If a student is enrolled in a Bundle Training Program and wishes to withdraw from one course within the bundle, the refund for the second course is calculated as:
Total Agreement Cost − First Course Cost = Refund Amount
Students must notify Stack Teacher promptly, but no later than seven (7) days from the batch start date of the second course.
If a student who paid the total program cost needs to leave after completing the learning portion, the student may be entitled to a partial refund of 8% of the total cost, upon written justified request sent to support@stackteacher.com within seven (7) business days from the internship start date.
If a student leaves after completing both the learning and internship phases, the student may be entitled to a partial refund of 2% of the total cost, upon written justified request within seven (7) business days from the start of career coaching services.
If a student leaves within the first thirty (30) days due to health issues, medical emergencies, or death of an immediate family member, a refund of the unused portion of the program cost may be issued.
Supporting documentation is required at the time of withdrawal.
Stack Teacher may review refund requests outside the listed conditions only in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed, and all decisions are final and binding.
Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of the withdrawal request date.
Refunds are provided only under the circumstances described in this policy. Stack Teacher does not guarantee refunds for lack of usage, dissatisfaction, or violation of program terms.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy does not apply to students who signed an Income Share Agreement (ISA). Students under ISA are not eligible for refunds because tuition has not been paid directly to Stack Teacher.
Any financial relationship or termination procedures are governed by the ISA agreement.
Students who pay using loan financing may be eligible for refunds only for their own funds paid directly, subject to this policy.
Any claim relating to this Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act, with proceedings taking place in Florida.
